Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and seal intact. ⚠️ If the product pouch seal is opened or broken, the item is not eligible for return or refund.

Since we deal in food and consumable products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Any product with broken/opened seal
Used or partially consumed food products
Perishable goods (including food items and powders)
Gift cards
Downloadable/digital products
Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

To Complete Your Return

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Please recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing time may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
